After 20 years in captivity, Ina the bear is still mentally trapped in her cage. Visibly scarred by the trauma of living most of her life locked in a small cage in a Romanian zoo, she is still seen walking in circles.

Many of us keep ourselves trapped in a cage for so long. Even after we leave that cage we create the cage in our imagination till we die. Think about it!

1. Meditation. Do it at least for 30 minutes every day. Most don’t do it and it’s super important. Learn if you don’t know.

2. Writing 10 ideas every day. You will never know how creative you are until you start setting aside 5 minutes a day and write down any crazy idea. How are they going to happen? Don’t think about it. Let the creativity explode and flow.

3. Listening to music. Oh yes! We love it. But don’t listen to music with depressing lyrics and tone. Listen to classical music such as Western classical or sitar

4. Talk to people. You will learn more than things than books and a lot more quickly. Conversations have magic.

5. Travel. Just go on a random travel. This is the time your subconscious mind takes control effectively.

6. Reading. Read the books that empower you. Most books are just copied and pasted. Follow the authors who share contradictory ideas.

7. Sit lonely. Stop all chatters either offline or online. Just sit quietly alone without any phone or any electronic device. Don’t even play music. Just sit quietly for at least 30 minutes.

We are programmed to believe that we always have to be working. Big NO NO! Good ideas come when you are not working.
