Refunds and Guarantees Policy

At North Star Angel Coaching and Spiritual Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we value your trust and are committed to providing coaching, training, and spiritual guidance services with integrity. This Refunds and Guarantees Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or guarantees may apply.

1. General Policy
   All purchases of coaching sessions, training programs, workshops, courses, or digital products are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. By registering for a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Coaching and Training Sessions
   Coaching and training sessions are scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
   Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited without refund.
   Packages of sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once started.

3. Digital Products and Online Programs
   Digital materials (such as e-books, recordings, or online courses) are considered delivered once access is provided. These are non-refundable, unless it’s stated specifically. If you encounter technical issues, we will assist you in accessing the product, but refunds are not offered once content has been delivered.

4. Money-Back Guarantees
   If a service, program, or package includes a money-back guarantee, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
   To claim a money-back guarantee, you must demonstrate that you have fully participated in and completed the program requirements.
   Requests for a money-back guarantee must be made in writing to contact@northstarangel.com within the stated timeframe of the guarantee.

5. Cancellations by Us
   We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program, workshop, or session. In such cases, you may choose between a full refund or applying your payment toward another service.

6. No Guarantees of Results
   While we are dedicated to supporting your personal, spiritual, and professional growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, training, or spiritual guidance. Your results depend on your commitment, actions, and circumstances.
